Our presentation operators will be with you from rehearsals through the live event. They make edits relayed from your team and manage all file versions.

We oversee the operation of the machines that feed the graphics in slideshow mode to the main screens. Back-up files are open and ready in case of technical difficulties or edits during show. We also provide additional operators if speaker notes are needed.

While our operators have all of these capabilities, the needs of each event are different. We work with your production team to ensure your success.
